How to use:
There's two matters here concerning our Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO):
Use it while cooking: most people believe that cooking with EVOO kills the antioxidants and could even be toxic for you. WRONG! Everything below smoke-point (207°C/405°F) is absolutely fine and does not murder the nutritious oil, and most of the time we do not cook at such high heat! A LOT of people use our EVOO to cook with daily because it’s so incredibly smooth and only adds slight flavor without overpowering your dishes with the taste of olive oil.
Use it to garnish: here my friend, you get to really enjoy and savor the taste of our creamy silky smooth EVOO. Dipped with bread and salt, a salad, rice or fish, you name it! It’s literally good on everything! Super healthy to be drizzled daily.
